Additive4 Quality

Additive4 fundamentally believes in providing the highest quality Additive designs and products possible. We have invested substantially over the last 15 years to make sure we have robust processes to ensure a quality design, a quality build and a product that meets its design intent and delivers benefits to the end user. We have been able to gain approved supplier status for our Additive products to most of the Aerospace and Defence primes and operate within an ISO9001 environment.

 

Our supply chain is managed by us and adheres to AS9100 standards. We use our processes to build quality in at the design stage and also monitor the realisation of this quality through the manufacturing process. We are strong advocates of lean principles and use the lean tool box to support our projects from FMEA’s, PFMEA’s, to problem solving tools and beyond.

 

This allows for the Additive4 supply chain to integrate with your existing supply chain and boost your supply chain performance. We know that new products (either designed as new or redesigned from an existing product) introduced into your manufacturing environment and subsequent Aerospace and Defence supply chain, need to be quality assured. This is an important part of our process and gives our customers confidence that their new products will gain approval, and thus sustained supply.
